STOKED*-Filme sind Filme mit Profil, mit Ecken und Kanten, mit Seele und Geist. Wir wollen ungewöhnliche Geschichten mit besonderen Bildern erzählen – inhaltlich, formal und personell. Filme, die universelles erzählen, das auch international verstanden werden kann.
Film ist Storytelling. Deshalb haben wir Respekt vor Ideengebern und Autoren. Wir suchen unsere Projekte sehr genau aus, machen lieber weniger, aber das so gut, wie wir können. Am liebsten arbeiten wir für die Magie des Kinosaals und die Kunst des filmischen Dokumentierens. Aber wir lieben auch den langen Atem einer Serie, bei der wir intensiv mit unseren Figuren leben.
STOKED FILM GmbH wurde 2003 gegründet und hat seitdem fast alle Formate zwischen internationaler Serie und Industriefilm realisiert. Seit 2020 sind Annette Ernst und Sebastian Popp die Gesellschafter.
